The ACACNJ Homeschool Creative Collective brings families together for a Waldorf-inspired enrichment experience filled with art, theater, movement, storytelling, nature exploration and meaningful social connection.
Children learn through creativity and hands-on experiences while building confidence, friendships and a genuine love of learning. Activities are thoughtfully adapted for students from Pre-K through age 15.
Choose one or two days per week—or try a single day to see if our community is the right fit for your family.

We welcome children from Pre-K through age 15 in small, mixed-age groups.
Our low student-to-teacher ratio allows activities to be adapted by age, interests and abilities while providing personalized attention, meaningful connections and opportunities to build friendships.

Days Per Week: Choose One or Two Days
10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Families may choose the day or days that best fit their homeschool schedule. Each four-hour session combines art, theater, movement, storytelling, hands-on learning, lunch, outdoor exploration and meaningful social connection.
Optional extended care is available.

Our Waldorf-inspired curriculum is rooted in the rhythms of nature, storytelling, handwork, the arts and Spanish language learning. Each day begins with community and movement, followed by imaginative lessons, creative expression and hands-on exploration.ands-on exploration.

Our gentle daily rhythm balances creativity, movement, hands-on learning, Spanish, nature and social connection. Children come together as a community while activities are adapted by age, interests and abilities.
10:00–10:20 — Community Circle
10:20–11:00 — Movement, Music & Theater
11:00–12:00 — Art & Creative Work
12:00–12:30 — Lunch & Outdoor Social Time
12:30–1:15 — Nature & Hands-On Exploration
1:15–2:00 — Storytelling, Spanish & Creative Closing
OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES
Depending on the weather and season, children may enjoy nature walks, gardening, outdoor art, scavenger hunts, movement games, group games, journaling, reading, free play and quiet observation of nature.
Younger children learn through songs, stories, imaginative play and sensory activities. Older students explore advanced art, theater, writing, Spanish conversation, leadership and collaborative projects.
OPTIONAL EXTENDED CARE: 2:00–3:00 PM
Extended care is available when needed for $15 per child. Children can relax after the structured day with open art, reading, homework time, board games, building activities and outdoor play when weather permits.
This is a sample daily rhythm. Activities may change according to age groups, seasonal themes and special guest instructors.
Our small groups are guided by experienced educators and creative instructors who provide age-appropriate activities, encouragement and personalized attention.
Guest artists and instructors may also join us throughout the year for special experiences in art, theater, movement, music and nature.
Families become part of a welcoming homeschool community where children build friendships while learning and creating together.
Parents are welcome to participate through occasional snacks, setup, cleanup or sharing a special skill—but regular parent participation is not required.
