Celebrate with Style at ACAC: Unforgettable Parties for Your Little Artists, Singers, and Dancers!
Each uniquely crafted party lasts for 1.5 hours, with the option to extend the fun even longer. Your little ones will be captivated by a 50-55 minute hands-on activity, followed by 40-45 minutes to enjoy food and cake with friends. And the cherry on top? A complimentary dance party to keep the energy high and the smiles wide in between.

Guest Count and Deposit Details
To ensure a fabulous celebration at ACAC, kindly arrange for a minimum of 15 guests. We kindly ask for your final guest count three days before the event. Please note that you'll be billed for the higher number between the provided headcount and the actual attendees on the day of the party.
To secure your preferred date and time for an unforgettable celebration, simply place a non-refundable deposit of $100.
Balance Payment is due upon the end of service (party)via Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Check. NO CREDIT CARDS. Hurry, our popular party slots fill up quickly, and we can't wait to help you create magical memories with ACAC!

Payment Methods for Party Balance
The remaining balance for your party can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check, and is due at the end of the party. Please note that gratuity is not included in the final balance.

Please take a moment to review the party contract carefully, fill in the necessary details, and sign it. Someone will contact you to confirm your party reservation, and to discuss final details!

Additional Fees: Up to 10 adults are FREE! $50 for 11-20 adults,$75 for 20-30 adults, $100 for 30- 40 adults, and $150 for 40 + adults. Host parents will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes before the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area before the party starts.

At ACACNJ, you have the flexibility to combine different activities for your party. When you opt for a combination of activities, we offer a half-price discount on the cheaper second activity. This way, you can enjoy multiple experiences within your budget.
It's important to note that choosing more than one activity will require extending the party time by an extra 30 minutes. This extension ensures that each activity is thoroughly enjoyed without feeling rushed.

Many parents choose to bring their own themed decorations – just let us know in advance what you're planning, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
Our talented team provides all the materials, supplies, and instructions for the main activity, as well as a dedicated host and helpful assistants. Plus, you'll have 30 minutes before and after the party for hassle-free setup and cleanup.Please note that food, drinks, unique decorations, and serveware are not included. Feel free to bring your own special touches to personalize the party space. If you need recommendations for local vendors, we're more than happy to refer you to some fabulous options!Let us help you create a magical and engaging party experience that your child and their friends will treasure! Please refrain from eating until the scheduled food time, for both parents and children alike.
Food and cake allowed time is 30 minutes. If guests choose to waiver their allotted food time (30 minutes), the party length be reduced by that amount of time.
a. 15 minutes: Welcome and Dance/Game Room Access
b. 40 minutes: Main Activity Session
c. 5 minutes: Dance/Game Room Access
d. 30 minutes: Food and Cake/Dessert
a. Food and cake/dessert will be served for 30 minutes.
b. No additional food or cake will be served after 1.5 hours into the party.
c. Party time may be reduced if food or cake is exceeded.
a. Parents or 2 family members can come 30 minutes prior for setup.
b. Guest admission starts 10 minutes before the event.
c. Standard procedure includes removing food after the allotted eating time is over.
d. The entire space may not be exclusively available during these times.
a. Extended time activities are limited to the theater area only.
b. Games on stage or in the stage area are allowed during extended time.
a. It is essential to follow the specified party schedule for a smooth and enjoyable event.
b. Amenities and add-ons are for party guests only. Non-party guests accessing these services will incur extra fees.
a. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the party.
b. Staff will ensure a safe environment but cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries during the event.
