1. Payment Policy
All program fees must be paid in full before a child may attend. Late payment may result in loss of enrollment without refund.
2. Attendance & Absences
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early pickups.
3. Credit Policy
Any issued credits must be used within 6 months of the original issue date or will be forfeited.
4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Children must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian or authorized adult. Early drop-off and late pick-up fees will apply after scheduled dismissal time.
5. Illness & Health Policy
Sick children must remain home until they are fever-free (without medication) for at least 24 hours. ACACNJ reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell or unable to participate.
6. Medication Policy
Any medication must be provided in its original container along with written parental consent and instructions.
7. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of an emergency, ACACNJ has permission to arrange immediate medical treatment for a child. Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
8. Photo & Video Release
By enrolling, you grant ACACNJ permission to photograph or video your child during activities for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Inclement Weather & Program Changes
ACACNJ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for weather-related closures.
10. Personal Belongings
ACACNJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to programs.
11. Code of Conduct
Children are expected to treat staff, peers, and property with respect at all times. Inappropriate language, vandalism, or unsafe behavior may result in disciplinary action.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with ACACNJ’s published refund and cancellation policy.
To help us provide a safe and positive experience for every participant, we encourage families to share any information that may affect a child’s ability to participate safely or follow camp routines. While sharing is optional, it allows our staff to plan appropriate support and ensure a positive experience for all children.
We reserve the right to remove any kid for behavior that poses a risk to others, including but not limited to:
Except in cases of severe safety risk, a three-warning process will be followed: First, Second, Third.
Dismissal due to non-disclosure of required information or for behavior violations is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Children must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently. Accidents can disrupt the learning environment and other participants’ experiences, so we ask parents to ensure their child is fully trained before enrolling. Refunds may not be available if accidents occur.
