Refunds & Transfers
All deposits and balances for classes, workshops and appointments and camps are non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies happen, so if you are unable to attend a class or appointment that you have paid-in-full and you cancel with more than two (2) days' notice before a scheduled class or appointment, you may request to credit or transfer total class fee to another class or appointment within 12 months of request. If you cancel within two(2) days of a scheduled class, you will forfeit your tuition for the missed class.
Course Changes or Cancellations
All Children's Art Center of NJ reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change class times or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule. If a class is cancelled, students may choose to receive a full refund or may transfer with no fee to another class or workshop or camp type. If ACACNJ cancels for any reason, all payments can be refunded.
An annual non-refundable $25.00 registration fee is required when registering for a class, workshop or camp session.
