The All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey (ACACNJ) is a nonprofit organization committed to nurturing creativity, confidence, and community in children through the arts. Our programs go far beyond the stage—from theatre productions and engaging weekly events to tailored birthday parties, art workshops, summer camps, and our popular Kids’ Night Out evenings. At ACACNJ, every child is given the chance to express themselves, explore new passions, and make lifelong memories in a fun, inclusive environment.
Georgine La Serna is the visionary founder of the All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey. A certified teacher along with a Master’s in Business, she brings a rare blend of educational insight and entrepreneurial drive. Georgine has led ACACNJ since 2018, creating dynamic arts programs that empower children through creativity, confidence, and community. Her background spans arts education, business leadership, and public service—making her a passionate advocate for accessible, engaging, and joyful experiences for every child.
Joy Lynn Pringle is a talented artist and children's theater director from New York City, now based in New Jersey. With over 16 years in the arts industry, Joy began her professional journey at just nine years old, appearing in commercials, movies, and musicals. Her career in the entertainment world took shape early, as she honed her craf
Joy Lynn Pringle is a talented artist and children's theater director from New York City, now based in New Jersey. With over 16 years in the arts industry, Joy began her professional journey at just nine years old, appearing in commercials, movies, and musicals. Her career in the entertainment world took shape early, as she honed her craft at the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts — also known as the Fame School — before earning a BFA in Musical Theater from Temple University in 2021.With nearly two decades of experience both on stage and off, Joy has developed a well-rounded expertise in the arts and found a love for teaching "the young actors of tomorrow." Her passion for storytelling and telling the truth, drives her to create meaningful, dynamic theater experiences. Joy is excited for the future, eager to inspire and mentor young artists, and contribute to shaping the future of the arts.
Kristen DeAngelis is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and a minor in Musical Theatre. Her love for singing from a young age led her to discover the world of musical theatre and develop a deep connection to storytelling. She has since performed, taught, and directed at venues such as NJPAC
Kristen DeAngelis is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and a minor in Musical Theatre. Her love for singing from a young age led her to discover the world of musical theatre and develop a deep connection to storytelling. She has since performed, taught, and directed at venues such as NJPAC, RosenPAC, and Disney’s Waterside Stage. While in college, she was part of the Grammy U program for the NY chapter, attending songwriting panels with Grammy-nominated artists and connecting with local musicians, which reignited her passion for music and vocal instruction. She runs various after-school creative drama and acting programs, where she teaches, workshops plays, and directs performances for Drama Kids of Greater Morristown. She also serves as one of the Theatre Program Directors at the All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey, where she finds joy in helping her students build confidence, refine their skills, and grow as artists.

This unique blend of artistry sparked her passion for creativity, which led her to pursue a career in the beauty industry, where she brings her artistic visions to life on clients. Over the years, Julie has had the opportunity to teach painting classes for her peers and youth parties. Today, she’s excited to share her love for art and teach at the All Children’s Art Center, inspiring young artists to discover their own creative potential.
