The All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey (ACACNJ) is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence, and community in children of all backgrounds. Through high-quality, accessible arts programming, we create a welcoming space where every child is encouraged to explore, express, and grow.
Since 2017, ACACNJ has proudly served families across New Jersey by offering enriching experiences that support artistic development, social-emotional growth, and lifelong confidence.

Georgine La Serna is the visionary founder of the All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey. A certified teacher with a Master’s degree in Business, Georgine brings a unique blend of educational expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurial insight to ACACNJ.
Since founding the organization in 2018, Georgine has led the development of dynamic arts programs that empower children through creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Her professional background spans arts education, business management, and public service—driving her passion for making high-quality arts education accessible, engaging, and joyful for every child.
Under her leadership, ACACNJ continues to grow as a trusted community arts organization serving families throughout New Jersey.

Kim Blacknall is thrilled to be making her theatre directorial debut at All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey. Having worked over 10 years in film and theatre she has found a love working with kids and helping them flourish and hopes you can see that growth. She opens you are changing “I’m ready! I’m ready!” To see the show!

Hi, I'm Janny Messina. I am a part-time Art Teacher for ACACNJ. Born in NYC, I've graduated with a Bachelors in Studio Arts and am certified to teach Art K-12.
Full time, I am a 3rd year T.A. at Bound Brook High School. I work in core subject SpEd classrooms as well as an art classroom. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the Brook Art Center.

Mackenzie Cavagnaro is a recent graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where she earned her BFA in Drama at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and the Experimental Theatre Wing. She spent this past Summer teaching Improv and serving as the Assistant Director for the Comedy Ensemble at Traveling Players Ensemble in Tyson

She spent this past Summer teaching Improv and serving as the Assistant Director for the Comedy Ensemble at Traveling Players Ensemble in Tysons, Virginia. With a passion for bringing theatre education to kids of all ages and backgrounds, she has also worked as an assistant drama teacher at the High School of Economics and Finance in New York City, as well as a Music Theatre Teacher at the Summer Onstage Camp at Ady Art Center in Livingston, New Jersey. When she’s not teaching, you can find her performing comedy at Gotham Comedy Club, or doing some good ole’ arts and crafts! She is very excited to be working with All Children’s Art Center to share her love of theatre with all of you!

Samara (Sammi) Fishkin graduated Drew University, Magna Cum Laude with Specialized Honors in Theater Arts. Samara has been acting since she was four years old, all over Morris County. Samara (Sammi) Fishkin graduated Drew University, Magna Cum Laude with Specialized Honors in Theater Arts. Samara has been acting since she was four years old, all over Morris County. She has been directing and choreographing at All Children’s Art Center since December of 2023, enjoying every second of it! Prior to that she had been a theater Camp Director for six years, directing theater for both the younger set as well as teens. During these years, she has written, directed and choreographed multiple shows and has even found time to be in productions herself to keep her knowledge of the “other side”, fresh. Samara recently performed In a local production of The Little Mermaid and prior to that, a lead in a staged reading of an Oxnam Award winning play, with actors and a Director from New York’s Ensemble Studio Theater. Samara’s energetic personality will fill the theater with enthusiasm, kindness and a loving passion for theater. Samara’s motto is to have fun while learning!

Aqsa Raval serves as the Business Manager at the All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey, supporting the organization’s digital presence, operations, and community engagement. With over a decade of experience in site merchandising, digital strategy, and brand management, Aqsa brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to strengthening ACACNJ’s visibility and impact.
In her role, Aqsa oversees website maintenance, content updates, email newsletters, and social media planning while managing program registrations, customer communications, and marketing outreach. She collaborates closely with the ACACNJ team to ensure brand consistency, smooth operations, and meaningful engagement with families and the community.
Aqsa’s background spans e-commerce, fashion, and digital storytelling, allowing her to blend creative vision with operational excellence. Her work supports ACACNJ’s mission by helping make arts programming accessible, organized, and welcoming for all.
